We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and distribution channel development. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and solidifying our position as the industry leader.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Optoelectronics, or related field.Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management.Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills and data-oriented approach.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.Experience in channel management and partner development.Strong understanding of sensors market is desired.Strong understanding of supply chains in all or at least two of the following: semiconductor sector, medical diagnostics, and/or military aerospace markets is highly preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and close deals.Other:
Experience in a global sales environment.Proven understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
