Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the unskilled caregiving team, ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency standardsEvaluate consumer needs and communicate required cHHA skillsets/experience to hiring team to build a robust care teamLead initiatives for caregiver training, competency assessments, and performance check-insDevelop and implement policies for case assignments and quality care managementCoordinate client cases, maintain clinical records, and ensure high levels of consumer satisfactionFoster a safe environment by identifying areas for improvement and adhering to safety standardsMaintain compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure we provide services with integrityBe available for on-call clinical care during emergencies or when neededSupport the Director of Nursing (DON) with various assignments or tasks as neededRequirementsQualifications:Education: Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a valid D.C. RN license (BSN preferred)Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory RN and Home Care experienceCredentials: Current D.C.
