Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plansCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesProvides data relevant to the development of the resident careRN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify care plans as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required:Current MN RN license or by start dateBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpracticeAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsWork experience in a patient support role, LPN or RNGood written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
