The Selling Partner Experience - VX team's mission is to deliver a delightful end-to-end experience that enables vendors to complete their “jobs to be done”, grow and thrive in our WW stores. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our team! Specifically, this role will partner with engineering, science, and product leaders to provide insights on the vendor experience, create key performance indicators, design and develop scaled, automated, user-friendly reporting, and partner on unlocking opportunities for our vendors by breaking down complex problems. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled at blending advanced reporting with strong critical thinking and project management skills, and be experienced in designing and delivering cross-functional custom reporting solutions.The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; have great bias for action; be deeply customer-centric; and has a drive to own, build, and grow; along with the ability to have a little bit of fun.Basic Qualifications5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience3+ years of business or financial analysis experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insightsExperience with SQLPreferred QualificationsExperience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholdersAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.Company
