to learn more about our business.About You:As NinjaTrader’s first Sr. Product Insights Analyst, you will lay the foundation for how we identify and deliver insights to inform business decisions across our product suite that will impact the experience of our core users. You will have a far-reaching impact on our award-winning product by identifying and analyzing the KPIs and metrics to develop actionable insights and recommendations.The ideal candidate will have not only top-notch quantitative qualifications but also an ability to leverage data-driven insights, conceptual thinking, and a business-outcomes orientation. We value strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create compelling analytical narratives, as this role will interface with and influence senior leadership across the company. Given that this role is the first of its kind in the company, we need a self-starter who is willing to chart a path for this team while also rolling up his/her sleeves to build dashboards, run experiments, and perform ad hoc analyses to inform decisions.In this role, you will:Drive consumer and business insights to develop strategies for delivering growth and profitability to the business.Identify opportunities to improve product performance and user experience across mobile, web, and desktop via analytics deep dives and metrics observation.Support roadmap development by identifying and quantifying value of business opportunities. Perform goal tracking to meet the organization’s KPIs.Build out our reporting infrastructure and dashboards so that product can more easily access critical insights and product performance - and also improve product team ability to self-serve analytics.Lead end-to-end experiment design, set-up, QA, and results interpretation (alongside product & engineering).Advance our analytics capabilities through reinvention of reporting and monitoring, automation, standardization and democratization of data in partnership with Data Engineering.Key Position Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or other similar field.4+ years of experience in Product Analytics within a software or technology-focused environment.Proven track record of using analytics and qualitative understanding of business drivers to enable and execute decision making.Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex analysis and data into easily understandable, compelling and actionable insights.Strong oral and written communication skills to influence execs and other functional groups.Experience designing, setting up and analyzing experiments (A/B and multivariate tests).Strong self-management and prioritization skills.Proficiency with data analysis, visualization, automation and warehousing tools (e.g., SQL, Python, BigQuery, Mixpanel, PowerBI, etc.).Bonus Points for:SaaS or FinTech experience.Data science background.Our Core Benefits Include:15 days PTO per year.7 paid holidays annually.401k with Company Match.Life and Disability Insurance covered 100% by NinjaTrader.And more!We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
