Sales Director, eCOA (US - Remote)

Reports to: VP, North American Sales

Responsibilities

Identify and close new eCOA business within assigned accounts (Top 25 Pharma)Manage the sales process, from identification of a new opportunity through proposal, award, negotiation of price and contract terms, and deal closeManage the response to any Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Information (RFI) with assigned accountsDevelop and maintain relationships within assigned accountsOrganize and lead client meetings for initial capabilities presentations, bid defenses,Serve as escalation point for clients as well as client’s primary point of contact for mid-study change ordersDrive the governance process with assigned strategic accounts, working with services management and the executive team as neededAttend conferences and other industry events, representing the Suvoda brand, and identifying new opportunitiesWork closely with Marketing Department to develop specific eCOA initiatives (Campaigns, collaterals, dedicated conferences)Generate new leads, and identify potential deals and partnership opportunitiesCollect competitive intelligence, and provide information to managementCollaborate with Product Management Department on Strategic Roadmap needs collected from both Accounts and ProspectsCollaborate with Enterprise and CRO Account Managers in the development of new sales strategiesPerform other related duties as required

Requirements

Bachelor's degreeAt least 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of experience selling eCOA softwareInterpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAmbition, self-motivation, and a high level of energyTime management and organizational skillsAnalytical thinking abilityCreative problem-solving abilityWritten and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail
