Join us, and we can make a difference together.About This Role:This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to work within a risk management department with enterprise-wide responsibility for a company with a dynamic, global risk profile. As a member of the risk management team, you will work with multiple corporate and business functions to support Carrier's enterprise-wide insurance programs and needs, being highly involved and, in certain cases, leading risk management business partners, insurance brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators to ensure high-quality global risk management services and solutions that deliver extraordinary customer service and the best outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Work within a team responsible for the delivery of extraordinary customer service and outcomes as it relates to key Carrier Risk Management processes, including:Asset Protection/Property Loss ControlClaims ManagementMergers, Acquisitions & DivestituresContract ReviewsRisk Financing/Insurance Program ManagementCost ForecastingSupport or manage placement and service delivery of assigned master, global insurance programs.Support Carrier’s entities to ensure compliance with local policies and regulatory insurance requirements.Provide direction to business units on insured and noninsured liability and property risk exposures.Manage brokers, insurers, and TPAs for assigned insurance programs to assure continuity of the programs and quality of risk management services provided to Carrier Business stakeholders.Provide periodic updates on material Risk Management projects and issues to Carrier Risk Management department leadership.Manage other duties and lead or support special projects as assigned by Carrier Risk Management.Continually deliver a best-in-class, high-quality, leading global Risk Management program for Carrier.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree5+ years of corporate risk management and/or insurance industry experiencePreferred Qualifications:Insurance broker experience preferredExperience with large, complex property & casualty insurance programs (e.g., fronted programs, alternative risk programs, captive, structured insurance) preferredRMIS system experience preferred (e.g., Origami, Riskonnect, Ventiv/RiskConsole, etc.)Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePointIndustry designation(s) a plus (e.g. Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Claims, etc.)Process and detail-orientedHighly organizedStrong analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated project management skills including managing to a deadlineAbility and desire to design and implement process improvementsExtraordinary attitude and work ethicRSRCAR
