As part of the team, whether providing analysis, forecasting, or reporting financial information, your application of accurate financial business practices will play a fundamental role in how we impact the quality of life for patients all over the world.How you’ll make an impact:Partner with Corporate Functions Finance Team in preparation and consolidation of month-end results, monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan, and long-term Strategy Plan, pertaining to operating expenses, capital expenditures, and headcount planning in forecasting system.Perform month-end and quarterly accounting activities (inclusive of expense accruals), ensuring timely and accurate reporting, create cost center specific reports to provide meaningful variance analysis and commentary.Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on enterprise-wide reporting and analysis, understanding business drivers behind trends and fluctuations.Contribute to the development of meaningful presentations to communicate financial results, metrics, recommendations, and insights.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.Support ad hoc reporting and analysis projects, as needed.What you’ll need (required):Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, economics, or other related field and 5 years of Finance/Accounting experienceOR Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, economics, or other related field and 3 years of Finance/Accounting experiencePrior experience with financial statements, month end closing process, forecasting, and ExcelWhat else we look for (preferred):CPA, CMA, MBA, MFinExperience with planning/reporting systems, large ERP system, and database or data visualization toolsExperience compiling and analyzing large, complex data setsExperience in forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, especially financial modelingDesire to learn and make a meaningful impact, with a strong process improvement mindset.Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented, with high sense of urgency and an aptitude for problem solving.Proven ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities; must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to develop strong relationships with business stakeholders across all levels. Team player mindset.Detail-oriented, flexible, with a high degree of urgency, accuracy, and efficiency.Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.Experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, JDE, and HFM system a plus.Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California, the base pay range for this position is $78,000 to $110,000 (highly experienced).
