We are looking for a Tech Lead Manager to build the large scale distributed system for our global e-commerce logistics team.

Responsibilities:Be responsible for building up and managing the logistics tech team in the USManage the software development lifecycle from technical design to project delivery and online maintenanceFamiliar with commonly used middleware, such as message queues, caches, scheduled tasks, etc., and understand the principles of middlewarePossess experience in architecture design and implementation, with a focus on high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability architecturesBuild the team structure and team morale to help team members grow continuously

Key Results:Define a long-term technical roadmap for the team and break down roadmap into projectsContribute to technical decisions on projects among the product

QualificationsBachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team5+ years of experience working in large-scale system developmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsExperience in eCommerce supply chain and logistics is a big plus, including fulfillment center, logistics, and/or supply chain technologyStrong business acumen and data sensitivity are a big plus

Job Information:The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210,000 - $358,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
