Human Resources - Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment process, maintain the integrity of candidate engagement and the selection process for all temp and full-time positions within the agency. The most successful candidate will conduct new hire orientation, execute job postings, source, pre-screen and track qualified applicants, and coordinate interviews for all positions. The recruitment specialist is expected to maintain the integrity of the candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and execute staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruitment process, and monitoring and reporting on recruitment KPI's (key performance indicators) to demonstrate the efficacy of our efforts to achieve key business objectives. Lead agency onboarding activities, support agency all staff activities, proactively investigate problems or errors, and document circumstances to see through to appropriate resolution.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruitment activities, promotes and drives social media programs to maintain external enthusiasm around Crystal Stairs.

Build applicant sources by researching, contacting and participating in community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; participating in job fairs; maintaining rapport.

Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with social media outlets (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and advertising agencies, process and check social media outlet and advertising agency invoicing, liaison with temporary agencies, record status of authorized positions within Crystal Stairs.

Drive a high-level of traffic to micro websites optimized for key roles, track submittals and resulting hires.

Serve as the point of contact to line organization by providing subject matter expertise in the areas of offboarding, onboarding, and HRIS data loading.

Manage all onboarding activities for new hires including the collection of all required documents and facilitation of new hire orientation.

Provide weekly recruitment updates to Recruitment Supervisor on employment activity.

Support organization-wide HR efforts and other duties as assigned.

The Skills You Possess

Demonstrate a strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment law regulations supporting recruitment.

Knowledge of federal and state labor laws impacting recruitment, selection and testing.

Thorough knowledge of and expertise in all areas impacting Recruitment.

Ability to set realistic, measurable goals, drive results, meet and exceeding objectives and deadlines.

Ability to be flexible in style and approach of various day-to-day situations.

Ability to adjust goals according to weekly data analysis.

Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy during the process of educating, mentoring and coaching staff and management is a must.

Work collaboratively and productively with diverse groups of people.

Develop direct relationships and partnerships with supervisors, managers and coordinators.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational Development or related field preferred. Human Resources Certification, or equivalent years' experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.

Three to five years of full cycle recruitment experience, online research, community management and/or marketing experience, with a minimum 3 years' experience in social media.

Must have strong project management experience and ability to organize, and prioritize workflow.

Strong internet research and information retrieval capabilities.
