Opportunities to Influence and Manage Multiple Priorities: Use your analytical skills and strong ownership to support the financial performance reporting and forecasting for each entity, facilitating proactive responses to achieve our Strategic Plan goals and Shareholder objectives.Independent Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses of projects, assist in preparing strategic plans, and provide recommendations based on trends and data.Precise Financial Modeling: Create and update financial models for our Group of Companies, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work, including contributing to the Company’s debt and capital plan.Collaborative Asset Management: Work closely with the SIP group to maximize the value of our stabilized income portfolio, providing in-depth analysis to support asset management strategies.Be a Subject Matter Expert: Develop and utilize tools and systems to continuously evaluate properties, ensuring alignment with market trends and optimizing asset management strategies.Real Estate Development: Leading and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.What You'll Bring:
Financial Analyst Experience: 1-2 years successful delivery as a Financial Analyst or Undergraduate equivalent.Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business, or economics.Computer Skills: High proficiency with Excel. Knowledge of ARGUS preferred.Analytical & Action Oriented Personality: Thrive in diving into the detail and driving to get results.Self-Directed/Self-Reliant: Demonstrates initiative and independence in managing tasks and achieving goals.Goal-Oriented Mindset: Drive toward accomplishing high quality work.Fast-Work-Pace: Leading and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.Managing Multiple Priorities: Efficiently manages numerous projects simultaneously.Verbal and Written Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.Compensation:
