Project Social T is seeking a talented E-Commerce Manager with 3+ years of Shopify experience to join our team and drive our online sales and digital marketing strategies. The role offers a great opportunity to ingrain yourself in a brand’s identity and have autonomy over your projects and workload. This job works closely with the Marketing Manager.
Role Description :
Oversee the E-Commerce strategy from top to bottom, including but not limited to: Managing PDP’s, homepage content, product launch strategy, inventory forecasting & replenishment, website merchandising, reporting, SEO, sales calendar planning, assist with photoshoot planning, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
Shopify Store Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store
Own the entire Shopify backend including but not limited to: PDPs, tagging, SEO, navigation, homepage, collections, merchandising, discounts, markdowns, etc
Regular website updates to FAQ, Return Policies, Accessibility, T&C, and Privacy Policy
Manage an external website developer to help execute any future projects and/or website glitches
Monitor and enhance website performance, speed, and security
Ensure the website is fully functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly on both desktop and mobile
Customer Service & Returns
Manage all customer service inquiries via email and the Meta platform
Help manage all return requests + processing in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager
Third-party Application Management
Manage all third-party applications such as Yotpo Loyalty, Okendo Reviews, Loop Returns, Shipstation, Route, Back-in-stock (Attentive), etc
Monthly calls with third-party applications to strategize how to better serve our customers, update policies, updating customer-facing imagery.
Staying up-to-date on new applications + trends Inventory Forecasting and Management
Merchandise Planning and Management
Plan the Ecomm open-to-buy in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the PST team to write POs for replenishment every week
Strategize E-comm exclusives and write POs to drive sales - best selling styles, colors, graphics, etc.
Track Sales and Analytics
Monitor and report on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback Data Analysis and Reporting
Utilize Shopify analytics and other tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics (top selling/low selling styles etc)
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Additional tasks:
Manage an external SEO agency + make regularly suggested website updates
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan an overarching sales calendar and strategy
Manage full website budget
Image optimization, management, and organization
Image Editing - Lifestyle + Product preferred, but not required*
Staying up-to-date on the latest E-commerce trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications or a related field.
Previous experience in Fashion is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Shopify, or Shopify Plus
Proven track record of driving eCommerce sales and improving online customer experiences
Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other eCommerce platforms
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Computer skills: Google Sheets, Doc, Slides
Slight knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
