ASYSTEM is looking for enthusiastic, thoughtful, and highly motivated solution-oriented thinkers who are passionate about operational excellence and digital optimization.As the Operations Manager, you will manage our digital channels, back-end operations, and lead our growth strategy. You’ll use your strong analytical and creative abilities to drive performance, analysis, and scale on paid channels and SEO with support from our media buying, agency, and creative partners. You will be responsible for sales & attribution analysis, catalog and content management, and website management and optimization. You will also be responsible for planning, purchasing, and inventory management for current and upcoming product releases. In your day-to-day, you’ll oversee the warehouse operations, including wholesale orders, special projects, and gifting.You approach issues with a problem-solving mindset; you are curious, energetic, and creative when it comes to finding solutions, as well as comfortable managing complex projects.RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital
Manage and optimize online store, including UX/UI.Develop and execute an ongoing digital strategy across all paid channels.Ownership of tracking, monitoring, and optimizing channel performance on critical metrics.Evaluate channel attribution and track budget allocation across channels.Create a digital product roadmap to drive improved campaign and conversion results.Set and measure KPIs per channel and provide actionable insights from analysis.Operational
Help define organizational strategies for better efficiency and productivity.Manage warehouse/fulfillment partner, ensuring products arrive on time to customers.Report weekly and monthly on sales and forecast inventory requirements.Submit purchase orders with vendors and coordinate shipping and receiving of products.Submit and manage all wholesale orders.YOUR SKILLS
5 years+ of experience in eCommerce (operations and digital focus).Experience managing warehouse teams, vendors, and logistic providers.Expert in e-commerce tools for data analytics, automation, and operations e.g. Shopify, Excel, EDI platforms for decision making and measuring effectiveness.Expert understanding of eCommerce performance metrics (LTV, ROAS, AOV, etc.).Experienced managing channels, agencies, and contractors across paid social, paid search, email, SEO/SEM.Expert in marketing and e-commerce tools for data analytics, marketing, and digital operations e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Excel.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (e.g. customer experience, inventory management, brand marketing, etc.).Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.ASYSTEM develops the most advanced natural supplements to help you look, feel, and perform your best.
