Our client is a small real estate owner and developer. They own around 12 buildings equating to 200 tenants around Boston, a blend of residential, commercial, and retail assets in Somerville, Brighton, Boston, and Cambridge. They have 4 employees in Boston and run on Quickbooks for corporate and Appfolio for the buildings.
They are in search of an Accountant to handle the property accounting and corporate accounting for the company. Responsibilities include AP, AR, journal entries, CAM recs, bank recs, and closing activities. As this is a smaller office, this person will also be involved in administrative work and general office administration. Everyone helps keep the office running. Looking for someone smart, honest, and motivated to work.
