About the Role:We are seeking an Accountant to join us! This role is located in the Design District of Dallas. The Accountant will manage essential accounting processes, including financial reporting, General Ledger (GL) functions, payroll management, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). As part of a small, collaborative team, the ideal candidate will approach the accounting department as "customer service" to internal and external stakeholders.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of GL transactions, perform regular reconciliationsPreparation of timely monthly financial reports for the CFO.Oversee AR processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.Oversee AP transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and resolving any vendor issues.Improve internal processes as needed.Annual Audit support and year-end close processes.Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail setting with progressive growth in responsibility.Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise desktopStrong Excel skills are necessary, and an Excel wizard would be great.Experience with Shopify E-commerce and retail inventory management preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Knowledge of payroll processes and financial reporting.Experience with ERP systems, particularly in QuickBooks Enterprise (QBE) conversions preferred.Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus potential bonus.
