The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the health and wellness industry, with a proven track record of leading private equity-backed companies. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term growth plans in alignment with the Board of Directors.Operational Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day operations across the fitness, massage, and waxing sectors, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.Financial Management:
Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure sustained growth and profitability.Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies to drive growth.Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.Customer Experience:
Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all service offerings, maintaining the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and ethical business environment.Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, key stakeholders, and partners.Brand Management:
Enhance and protect the company's brand reputation through effective marketing, public relations, and community engagement strategies.Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the health and wellness industry, preferably in the fitness, massage, or waxing sectors.Experience with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable.Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities.Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the health and wellness industry.
