Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an opportunity available for an associate to work with the employment and labor practice group in our client's Washington, DC office. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to support the team in their fast-paced advice and counsel practice.

Responsibilities:Provide advice and counsel in the area of employment law.Assist with statutory and regulatory compliance.Support executive employment and separation agreements.Contribute to the employment dimensions of M&A transactions.Participate in litigation as necessary.

Qualifications:Three to five years of experience in employment counseling.Strong academic credentials.Excellent communication skills.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000-$365,000.
