Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our Residential Nursing Agency and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, acute care, and documentation review.Responsibilities
Manage and supervise nursing staff to provide optimal care for patients.Oversee the implementation of nursing care plans and ensure compliance with patient rights.Conduct documentation reviews to maintain accurate records and regulatory compliance.Utilize MDS systems for assessment and care planning.Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the care team.Experience
