Prepares drafts of contracts involving licenses, purchases, insurance, employment, and related matters. Provides support to attorneys and serves as the point of contact between AltaMed leadership, internal departments, and outside legal counsel. Assists in preparing legal documents and manages legal records.Minimum RequirementsAssociate’s Degree or legal certificate required.Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Completion of an ABA-Approved Paralegal program required; Paralegal license or certificate required.Minimum of 4 years of corporate in-house or law firm experience including contract administration and/or case assessment experience required.Corporate legal secretarial/civil litigation and/or collection experience a plus.Compensation$64,688.00 - $80,849.60 annuallyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
