Earn $36.68/hour plus mileage reimbursement Schedule: 1st Shift hours flexible, Monday-Friday with rotating on-call Position Details The full-time registered nurse plays a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) serving Lehigh and Northampton Counties. The dual diagnosis team takes a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach dedicated to providing high-quality care and unwavering support for individuals diagnosed with both a mental illness and an intellectual disability.Duties and Responsibilities : Collaborate with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan. Perform physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc. Support implementation of intensive therapeutic services in varied settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.
