IT Project Coordinator Intern

to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and coordinating IT projects, with a focus on optimizing processes within the supply chain. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field to apply their knowledge in a real-world IT environment..

AREAS OF FOCUS

Project Coordination:

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and other departments, to gather requirements, track progress, and ensure project alignment with business goals.Help maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.

Process Optimization:

Collaborate with the IT and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance project management and supply chain operations.Assist in the analysis of project outcomes to identify lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

Communication and Reporting:

Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to the project team and management.Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting minutes.

Learning and Development:

Engage in training sessions and mentorship opportunities to deepen your understanding of IT project management and supply chain processes.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management and supply chain management.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Must be a rising senior and currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and in good academic with a minimum 3.0 GPA as of Summer 2025Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, project management software).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.Eagerness to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What You Will Gain:
