With production facilities spanning six continents, including major hubs in Sweden, Germany, the USA, and Australia, we are committed to delivering excellence in both products and services.In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:The Account Manager [CA, UT, NV, AZ] position is responsible for increasing sales revenue for their product line(s) by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers within their area of responsibility.As an Account Manager, you will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries on time, and aspire to deliver a world-class customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Specifically, you'll:Deliver the sales goals and growth targets by building long-term relationships with Premier and Premier+ customers, promoting programs and initiatives, and identifying conversion opportunities.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and deliver a world-class customer experience for all things sales, service, and support.Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain good communication between the customer and the Company.Forecast and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales account plans and territory plans by state and key targets.Utilize Salesforce.com (SFDC) to capture all sales opportunities, activities, customer contacts, whole good quoting (correct attachment for the right application), order conversion, and reporting.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all Infrastructure product lines for customers by conducting regular training and product education sessions for key accounts.Attend and participate in all necessary training related to the product, technology (SFDC), and soft skills.Attend and participate in company sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and conventions as directed.Commercialize new product development as deployed.Utilize and promote technology for rental self-service.Travel both in and out-of-state, (via car or plane) up to 80%of the time including weekends and weeks at a time. International travel may be required on occasion

Experience and requirements:

You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences. You also have:Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study preferredMinimum 5 years of relevant selling experienceClean driving record and valid driver's licenseRequired knowledge of principles and application of the industrial attachment marketMechanical aptitude - must have the ability to understand basic machine and equipment operation and principalStrong facilitation and presentation skills on technical subjects with varying sizes of audienceExperience with Salesforce.com preferred; any CRM experience is helpfulMicrosoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and overall computer proficiencyAbility to lift products and samples up to 40 lbs without assistance, set up displays and exhibits, and conduct hands-on tool demonstrations, must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and maneuver in tight spaces during demos
