At World Kinect, our marketing activity has a sharp commercial edge. We're focussed on driving organic growth through generating new business, retaining profitable customers, and cross-selling to existing accounts.We're seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Programme Manager to join our global marketing organization.This crucial position will help us define and deliver campaigns and key marketing projects across multiple business segments. The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with our marketing segment leads, our internal production teams and external vendors, and our analytics and BI teams to play a critical role in the planning, execution, delivery, and ongoing performance measurement of activities.The successful candidate will be adept at project management in a marketing context, planning and then leading operational delivery of marketing activities across multiple channels and geographies. They'll be well organized, detail-oriented, and numerate and will have experience working in similar roles within marketing teams, ideally within an international, B2B environment.An essential aspect of this role is communication and engagement with internal stakeholders - so the ideal candidate will also be an excellent written and verbal communicator and have strong interpersonal skills.The role reports to a senior marketing manager within our global Marketing organization. The position can be in-office, remote, or hybrid.Key ResponsibilitiesSkills and ExperienceEssentialAt least 7+ years of marketing experience gained in a previous role or roles in marketing settings.Strong marketing background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant business discipline.Experience in successfully leading marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills:
Excellent standards of English. Able to write proficiently and accurately and condense detailed information into simple, straightforward English.Executive solid interaction skills. Able to present to and interact with our senior commercial executive and their teams.Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management, with excellent influencing and networking skills and a proven ability to build cross-functional relationshipsExperience working in a Matrix environment is strongly preferred
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills:
Well-organised and comfortable managing and prioritizing workA positive, self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously, with a strong "can do" attitude.Ability to manage across different priorities, multiple stakeholders, timescales, and goals while maintaining focus on outcomes and delivery.Experience in managing external vendors and working in partnership to deliver results.Experience in using project management platforms to manage projects, timelines, and activities.
An analytical and numerate mindset:
Insight-driven, conversant in establishing and tracking key metrics to monitor and drive performance, and looking to improve measurement and attribution continuously.Strong commercial acumen. Able to develop go-to-market plans, forecast lead flow, and produce business outcomesExperience with budgetary management and planning
