About the Role
We are looking for a BA/QA Analyst to join our team in Plano, 75024. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches.Job Title
BA/QA AnalystKey Responsibilities
Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshootingAnalyze data and identify gaps/data patterns to develop insightsSupport data analysis, identify data quality gaps, and define remediation processesElicit and document business requirementsCommunicate complex problems and solutions effectively with business usersDrive defined standards and ensure all artifacts are updatedParticipate in the full story life cycle, including estimation, test plan execution, and software quality needsDevelop and maintain automated scripts and manual regression test plansCollaborate with application development teams and infrastructure teamsEnsure risk and controls complianceHandle queries from the BusinessAssist in UAT processing when requiredMinimum Qualifications
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityProficient in coding in one or more languagesExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment8+ years of Quality Assurance in ITDesired Qualifications
Significant experience in leading software development testing efforts

Plano, 75024Position InformationThis position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance.
