Your treatment shop.Fastest growing chain of aesthetic treatment centers in The United States!13 locations and growing7 different types of treatments in 1 shopThe District Manager is responsible for expanding OrangeTwist’s medspa membership community and achieving revenue growth goals for a specific set of Centers. This role requires previous experience overseeing the operation of high-performing medical spas/practices, multi-site healthcare, retail stores, and/or an aesthetics sales region with accountability for revenue achievement. This role supervises a team of Center Managers and leads them in business development and operational efforts.Schedule:

40 hours a week Monday to Friday (some weekends)What You Will Do:Oversee up to 20 Centers (de novo and/or established) growing them to achieve or exceed annual operating plansSuggest new services/products and innovative sales techniquesGuide Center Managers in creating and executing center-specific business development plansSupport Center Managers with day-to-day store operationsEvaluate store and individual performances, holding staff accountable to high performance standardsTrack and report on market sales volume, implementing strategies to improve resultsEnsure exceptional experience and transformational outcomes for all clientsIdentify hiring needs; select and train new team membersAddress potential problems and suggest prompt solutionsBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, and vendorsModel OrangeTwist’s values and serve as a cultural stewardImplement marketing and sales initiatives and monitor outcomes to ensure successEnsure compliance with all applicable requirements and federal, state, and local laws/regulationsDemonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, presentation, and teamworkAbility to travel up to 80% of the time within designated regionAbility to work varied hours, nights, days, and weekends to support the business needsMentor, train, coach and follow-up with Center Managers and their teamsEnsure efficiency of operational workflow and processesMaintain productivity standards for all Center rolesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
