Marketing Intern

who is a student or a recent graduate undergoing on-the-job supervised training in preparation for a desired career. The individual performs a variety of tasks that provide marketing support to different company functional areas.

The group consists of 8 highly respected brands: AkroFire, ABBA Roller, Icon Aerospace Technology, IRP Medical, MAST Technologies, Northern Engineering Sheffield (NES), Rubbercraft, and Swift Textile Metalizing (STM). Our product range includes elastomeric seals, gaskets, tooling, hoses, ablatives, survivability tiles, coatings and tapes, EMI and thermal shielding, electrically conductive metalized fabrics, and encapsulated O-rings.

Job Accountabilities

Provides marketing and graphic design support to the marketing department.Assists with various projects such as tradeshow preparation and execution.Assists with development and monitoring of marketing campaigns and the management and engagement of audiences on social media platforms.Supports team daily operations by learning and participating in a variety of activities.Assists in updating collateral as it comes on the OneIPS Intranet.Maintains company merch and marketing materials (brochures, business cards, etc.).Assists in the creation of marketing materials and internal/external communications, as needed.Other responsibilities as assigned.Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.

Job Specifications

Education:

A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma/GED and at least two years of schooling pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.

Years’ Experience:

0-2 years of relevant work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.

Skills

Photo and Video editing skills preferred.Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize with changing situations.Ability to use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to drive tasks to completion.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn.
