Sr. Manager Social Creative ContentDuration:
6 months with strong potential to extend; conversion to full time potential in 2025Location:
Remote working CST times; Hybrid is preferred (6 times a month onsite)Pay:
up to $55/hour, DOE
Our client in the Beauty and Retail space has a need for a
Sr. Manager of Social Creative Content ! This role will be for 6 months, starting at about 30 hours a week, and is fully remote working CST times. Local candidates who are able to work hybrid in Bolingbrook, IL are highly desirable.
Sr. Manager of Social Creative Content Responsibilities:
Assist in crafting creative content strategy for always-on content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Pinterest.Oversee creative direction for projects and give feedback to create partners in regards to both copy and design.Lead the concept ideation for trend, pop culture, and quick-turn social assets.Create and pitch cohesive campaigns and franchises to leadership.Bring the brand aesthetic and voice alive with work for social and content channels.Oversee, cast vision, brief, and give feedback to get the best creative output.
Sr. Manager of Social Creative Content Requirements:
8+ years experience.Background with content, editorial, and/or creative strategy with art direction required.Dedicated social experience required.Beauty and retail experience highly preferred.Deep experience simplifying business priorities and briefs into repeatable and ownable franchises, series, and tactics to brief creative production.Experience with brand building and brand narratives.The staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers.
