Marketing ManagerLocation: 420 NYC Office - Hybrid-Max 2 days / weekMajor Duties And Responsibilities
Manage asset receipt and validation in workflow tool, internal campaign sign-off, and timelinesCreate campaign target audience list in IBM Unica 12 tool to be delivered across different platforms (e.g Oracle Responsys, ext. vendor via SFTP/API)Ensure overall success of daily operationsServe as contact for all day-to-day email production items across multiple Optical brands (e.g LC, TO, PV)Actively participate in weekly production meetings with cross functional team membersSet up email deployments including:A/B Subject line testingSet up send time optimized deploymentsProduce customer target audience list counts to size business opportunities upon business request for all communication channels (e.g email, DM, SMS, digital targeting)Work with other departments/partners (e.g IT CRM, TAB IT, Marketing, compliance) to ensure technical data flows are working and processes are properly performedBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field3+ Years of ExperienceExperience trafficking activities across multiple team members/functionsExperience using a trafficking tool or production management software to coordinate activitiesAbility to problem solve and exercise critical thinking in a technical environmentMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects from start to finishStrong project management, ability to prioritize one's dayGreat interpersonal skills; capable of supporting a team environmentDetail & process orientedProficient on targeting tool (Unica 12 preferred)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeAdobe Analytics preferredDetail-orientedQA email rendering and functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve data related issuesPerform data testingCirculate proofs for approvalPreferred Qualifications
Experience with SQLCustomer digital targeting experienceExperience with Unica IBM 10/12Experience with Oracle Responsys
