This position will be responsible for the administrative functions of the business including oversight of schedules, status reports, and general reporting to support the management of the Coordinators assigned accounts. The role will report to the Manager, Brand Partnership Activation.ESSENTIAL DUTIESSupport fulfillment activities at the request of account managers for sponsor contracts.Create weekly sponsorship status reports for assigned accounts.Coordinate and oversee annual sponsor hospitality packages.Assist with fulfillment of annual sponsor lift ticket programs and prepare weekly reports.Manage asset tracking and prepare monthly fulfillment reports.Develop and oversee asset deliverable calendar.Work with the resorts on data requests to support annual recaps and requests to support new business.Assist resorts with on-site sponsorship activations and events during the winter season (1 – 2 per month)Conduct industry research to support seasonal planning, business development and sponsorship renewal efforts.Assist with meeting logistics for in-person brand partner meetings (coordinate schedule, meals, presentation materials, etc.)Provide ideas for seasonal sponsorship plans, new sponsors and sponsorship renewalsManage and update resort sponsorship inventory asset list in Trak SoftwareOther duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of sponsorship, marketing or account management experienceExperience in the ski resort industry a plusPassion for outdoor sports and resort activitiesEntrepreneurial / creative problem solverHighly organized with attention for detailAbility to effectively prioritize and meet deadlinesAdaptability, capable of multitasking in fast paced environmentIntermediate or better Ski/snowboard skills preferredAbility to accommodate travel scheduleStrong computer skills/Microsoft Word, Power Point, ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekendsTeam playerEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSUndergraduate Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Sales, Marketing, or Sports Management preferredThe base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.’s total compensation package for employees.
