Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join a growing team on an exciting opportunity with our DoD client.

Our Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative duties to include answering telephones, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and maintaining records of documentation. You will also review, format, and edit as necessary, all formal documentation to include correspondence, reports, briefings, and memorandums. You will manage Government travel in Defense Travel System (DTS). Work is generally of a confidential nature.

A successful candidate can support and communicate with senior level military leaders and senior level government officials in a DoD or other Federal Government Agency IT environments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in MS Office products including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and TeamsExcellent verbal communications skillsSecret level security clearance requiredAbility to be on-site 2-3 days per weekPreferred Technical And Professional Expertise
