The Creative Team Assistant will assist the Director of Photo & Video, Sr Project Manager, and Creative House team in elements of video/photo production and post-production. Coordinate photo shoots and capture content that highlights CRISTA's missions and vision. Finalize projects through proper editing and support the CRISTA team through project management tasks such as project setup, folder management, scheduling, and invoicing.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Help with the execution of photo/video production, including but not limited to, scheduling & setup, content capture, and postproduction.Process new project requests as needed and input into project management system.Provide team support with administrative tasks such as scheduling, processing invoices, and managing office supplies.Work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, and customers.Perform other related duties as assigned.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or diploma in a creative field from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.EXPERIENCE

Two years experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Project Coordinator. Prior experience in a creative field is an advantage, especially photo/video production.SOFTWARE / EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photo/Video editing, and Project Management tools.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent.EXPERIENCE

Design skills and knowledge.SOFTWARE / EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
