The Capital Campaign Manager will provide leadership, strategy, and planning on the capital campaign for our new Denver-area distribution center, with a fundraising goal of $25M.This position is responsible for campaign strategy including establishing solicitation priorities, managing prospect lists, developing and executing targeted cultivation plans and solicitation strategies for a range of projects. This position will prepare and provide support to staff, board members, and volunteers for solicitation and planning and managing campaign-related events.This position is a term-limited role based on the campaign timeline with an estimated completion date of June 2026.Job Responsibilities:Campaign Management:

Develop and implement campaign strategy, internal systems, and accountabilities.Project manage all aspects of the campaign by utilizing, updating, and monitoring the campaign plan and timeline.Manage the prospect pipeline and develop, communicate, and follow-up on recommended actions.Create and update campaign proposals and opportunities as needed and prepare donor briefings.Oversee integration with donor database and CRM.Produce monthly campaign reports.Manage administration and record keeping of campaign gifts.Manage capital campaign budget tracking and reporting.Produce regular financial forecasting reports in collaboration with the CFO.

Committee and Solicitor Support:

Manage the Capital Campaign Committee, including scheduling meetings and ensuring timely follow-up.Create systems of accountability for the committee.Prepare materials and provide support for major gift solicitations.

Prospect and Donor Relations:

Plan and implement campaign-related cultivation and stewardship events.Manage execution of campaign donor recognition.Assist in production and submission of foundation grant requests.Plan and implement broad-based campaign activities during the public phase.Develop and implement donor recognition plans.
