This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our busy firm where your skills will be valued.SkillsMinimum of 4 years of defense litigation experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.Familiarity with Trial Director or similar trial presentation software is essential.Knowledge of CaseMap, TextMap, and TimeMap is beneficial, along with experience using WestLaw, Lexis/Nexis, and Accurint.Ability to multi-task and support multiple cases simultaneously.Experience with billing and time entry, drafting legal documents, and preparing discovery, including e-Discovery, records requests, and review.Proficient in redaction of documents, vetting experts, conducting background searches, and trial preparation.Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to work in a confidential environment.ResponsibilitiesDraft and manage legal documents and discovery materials.Support multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff in case preparation.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.BenefitsA balanced work-life schedule.Full benefits package.Paid parking.Potential for bonus.Paperless environment with a hybrid work schedule: Monday-Wednesday remote, in-office Thursday and Friday.Salary
