What You'll Do:
Provide, coordinate, and monitor a variety of direct care activities for clients in an emergency group home setting.
Ensure adherence to the model for consistent and appropriate therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and ensure residential facilities are well-maintained.

QualificationsEducation and Experience
High school diploma is required.
B.A./B.S. in a related human service field is preferred.
Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
Ability to solve practical problems and address various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
