What You'll Do:

1. Coordinate 30 hours of pre-service training and 12 hours of annual in-service training for foster parents, including selecting trainers, materials, and scheduling.
2. Organize post-preservice training conferences.
3. Collect data for the Parent Daily Report.
4. Manage recruitment activities such as responding to prospective parent inquiries and sending program materials.
5. Oversee initial licensing procedures, including home studies, inspections, and tracking with the state licensing agency.
6. Maintain active and terminated foster parent files.
7. Regularly update the pre-service training manual and foster parent manual.

Education and Experience

• B.A./B.S. in Human Services
• QMHP experience required; 2-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid NC Driver's License
