We deliver value through technical and managerial expertise – innovation, efficient processes, executable strategies, and methodologies that generate tangible and measurable results to our clients across the Federal, Civilian and DoD sectors.Summary:The Senior TBM Specialist will be a key leader in driving the implementation and ongoing success of the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework within a federal agency. This role involves strategic planning, process development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure IT investments align with business goals, optimize costs, and deliver maximum value to the organization.Key Responsibilities:TBM Strategy and Leadership:Develop and implement the TBM strategy and roadmap for OPM.Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for TBM within the organization.Provide guidance and mentorship to other TBM team members.TBM Framework Implementation and Management:Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the TBM framework.Define and refine TBM processes, including data collection, cost allocation, chargeback, and performance reporting.Select and manage TBM tools and technologies.Data Analysis and Insights:Conduct in-depth analysis of IT cost, consumption, and performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations to communicate TBM findings and recommendations.Support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.Cost Transparency and Optimization:Implement advanced cost allocation and chargeback models.Lead cost optimization initiatives to improve IT efficiency and reduce waste.Value Management and Performance:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT value and performance.Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment of IT investments.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Experience:

5+ years of experience in IT financial and cost accounting management, financial analysis, TBM implementation, or a related field. Knowledge of OMB federal IT policies and regulations.Skills:Experience in TBM taxonomy, standards, and best practices.Advanced proficiency in IT financial management, budgeting, cost allocation, and chargeback.Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Expertise in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies.Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.Proven ability to drive organizational change and overcome resistance.Additional Desired Qualifications:Experience supporting federal government TBM initiatives.TBM certification.Benefits at-a-glance:
