Job Description:Drive Growth:
Spearhead the expansion of our marketplace programs, ensuring both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Build & Optimize:
Develop and execute strategies for advertising, pricing, promotions, and product assortment to maximize profitability, including launching new businesses on emerging marketplaces.Partnership Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketplace professionals, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve business goals.Innovation & Adaptation:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation within the organization to capitalize on new opportunities.Qualifications:Experience:
6+ years in e-commerce marketplaces, with at least 2 years in a strategic leadership role.Skills:
In-depth knowledge of various e-commerce platforms, data-driven decision-making, and strong negotiation abilities.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.Collaboration:
