We are looking for a rockstar Banquet Captain to efficiently execute proper setup, service, and breakdown of assigned banquet functions.
The Key Responsibilities:
Manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects and/or tasks to meet deadlines.
Monitor function during peak periods to oversee production flow and presentation.
Responsible for enhancing the function to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Develop strong customer relations through frequent communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction.
Supervise banquet servers and work in a team environment.
Project a professional, friendly and courteous image to guests.
The Model Qualifications:
2+ years of banquet experience.
1+ year of supervisory experience.
Exceptional banquet operations skills a plus.
