Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking an Instructional Designer/Content Creator Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
This position is required to be onsite 40 hours per week from January - June 2025.In This Role You Will:Create training materials such as training guides, job aids, videos, and e-learning coursesIncorporate adult learning theory to instructional design deliverablesApply the ADDIE methodology to all curriculum projectsWork with subject matter experts in multiple departments to gather materials and gain insight into training needs.Maintain and update instructional design materialsYou're a Good Fit If You Have:Experience with PPT, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and TeamsExperience with Articulate Storyline or RiseExperience writing course objectivesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work across department lines and build strong working relationshipsKnowledge of the ADDIE model to design curriculumCreate and maintain a project plan for instructional design assignmentsWork independently and within a teamAbility to create visually appealing and informative presentationsDocument processes and create learning activitiesApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Outstanding Candidates Will Have:ATD instructional design certificationsAt least 1 year of corporate Instructional design experienceExperience with multiple software tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Visio, Adobe InDesign etc.Knowledge of Blooms Taxonomy and Kirpatrick's levels of evaluationExperience working instructional design projects from beginning to end.Ability to conduct thorough needs and tasks analysisDesired Major(s) & Graduation Year:Communications, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or similar at the Bachelor's or Master's levelYear of graduation 2025 or 2026What We Offer:Compensation: $23 - 30/hrAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
