Together we can create a stronger, more resilient New Jersey for everyone!As a Partnership Specialist you will support the development of a partnership engagement framework that optimizes program pairings, with a focus on expanding the reach and impact of a USDA grant funded nutrition education program. You will also support program operations and contribute to the team’s ability to identify, recruit, and engage key partners utilizing data. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and skilled in analyzing data and using data to inform strategic priorities to help change people’s lives for the better.What you’ll do in your role:

Implement the standards for strategically identifying, recruiting, and engaging partners that increases access to effective program pairingsAssist with collecting and sharing partner insights through program recruitment, planning and deliverySupport the team to understand and meet program partnership goals that expand program reach and impactWork with managers as a thought partner to continually develop and refine partnership engagement processes, with the goal of improving program operational efficiencies and programmatic impact.Work cross-functionally, lead and support projects to enhance the understanding and execution of the partnership engagement framework.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual partnerships reports.Support the planning and facilitation training on partnership tools and processes, and/or other areas identified as appropriate.Other duties as assignedWhy you’ll love working at CFBNJ:
