As the Content Manager, you will lead and manage the content strategy across leading brands to engage with the consumer base by planning what we want to say, and how to pay this off, through project management, activation, and execution of all content through paid, owned, and earned channels in collaboration with other COE’s.Responsibilities for the Digital Content Manager include:Develop holistic content strategies for brands that intersect consumers in their journey, with appropriate brand communication for the person and channel, ensuring timely execution of content.Interpret the content strategy and drive the content for Digital Activation plans from Brief to Execution.Collaborate with Brand, IM & Ecomm teams to gather the campaign or content objective, direction & timeline.Build a brief that pulls all of the above together in a simple, easy-to-read manner.Build the GTM Wrike process (including timelines, all digital content involved, etc.).Collaborate with/Brief the Creative Services teams to get the content created, proofed, and approved by brand and legal.Coordinate with the appropriate teams to share out the final products and communicate timelines for go-lives.Oversee project management of all integrated marketing brand deliverables and briefing for specific channels.Partner with Brand, E-comm, DTC, Shopper, Social, and PR teams to understand brand strategic plans and digital content needs.Ensure our paid media creative is optimized to channel and audience.Continuously update the department-wide organization and communication streamlining.Analyze competitive content.Lead, manage, and develop a small team of 1 or more content specialists.Participate in campaign (external or internal) calls on behalf of the Senior Digital Advertising & Content Manager.Apply best practices to processes, content & organization.Education/SkillsBachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in paid media, digital content, marketing.Project management skills in collaborative software (similar to Wrike).MS Suite medium to high proficiency (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint); Sharepoint.Well-developed organizational and project management skills to manage multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously.What we would like to offer you!The opportunity to develop your career on a global stage, continuous learning through an on-demand learning platform, and a competitive compensation package including staff discounts, generous family leave policy, health & dental plan, competitive salary, and 401K.About GlanbiaThe Glanbia Group comprises three divisions:
