We are hiring a Content Specialist who is passionate about digital content and is extremely interested in nutrition and health and wellness! As the Content Specialist, you will work within a team to bring the digital content across a portfolio of brands to life.

Responsibilities include:

Managing creative briefs and project management of integrated marketing brand deliverables.Collaborate with Brand, E-comm, DTC, Shopper, Social, PR teams to execute any digital content/media needed, such as covering a variety of areas including but not limited to:Retailer (E-comm) Store FrontsDTC Product Detail PagesWeb Content (images, copy, landing pages, etc)Digital Paid Media (Above the Line & retailer)Video Shoots/ScriptsSocial Media (Ads, owned & influencer)Integrations with Shopper programs and social and PR initiativesExecute approved Digital Activation plans.Create a brief for creative services that summarizes the key information of brand goals, content needs, and relevant specifications.Build the Go to Market Wrike process out (including timelines with all milestones, all digital content involved, etc).Input the brief into Wrike that includes all relevant documents needed to support the request.Collaborate with and brief the Creative Services teams to get the content created, proofed and approved by brand and legal.Coordinate with the appropriate teams to share out the final products and communicate timelines for go lives.Ensure all key dates are tracked in marketing calendars and status sheets for the appropriate team members to stay on track.Provide updates to key stakeholders on the status of the open projects.Set up meetings, as needed, to review content with the appropriate people.Build out Brand and team meeting agendas with our Brand Hubs (OneNote).Actively listen during meetings and help take notes on brand updates and statuses.Own paid media traffic sheet development.Gather assets as requested and/or needed.Monitor key dates to ensure on-time delivery of completed traffic sheet.Manage Custom Content partnerships content trafficking and reviews.Ensure brand & legal review all assets before they are passed over to agencies.Continually research competitors in the industry to keep internal teams informed for creative inspiration or enhancement.

Experience

4 year - BA/BS degree in a marketing or business-related field.2+ years of experience in a similar role; CPG industry a plus.Experience using Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams) and using a project management software such as Wrike.
