As an SEM Specialist, you will manage and optimize our paid search campaigns to increase visibility, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.

Conduct keyword research to identify high-converting keywords and ensure proper bidding strategies.

Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve quality scores and conversion rates.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring the highest possible ROI on ad spend.

Stay updated with SEM trends, new tools, platform updates, and best practices to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.

Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to ensure an integrated approach between organic and paid search strategies.

Manage the SEM budget efficiently, tracking daily spending and ensuring proper allocation across campaigns.

Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEM Specialist, Paid Search Manager, or similar role (minimum 2-3 years).

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.

Proficiency with SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

Experience managing large SEM budgets and ensuring a positive ROI.

Understanding of PPC bid management, keyword research, and audience targeting.

Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing.

Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create actionable reports.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven results to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Google Ads or Bing Ads.

Experience with display advertising, remarketing, and programmatic advertising.

Knowledge of SEO practices and how they complement SEM strategies.

Experience with e-commerce or B2B SEM strategies.
