How You Will Make An Impact (Job Summary)

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the graphic design and development of multi-channel digital and print marketing communications and campaigns. This role will support initiatives for multi-product brands and work closely with other marketing team members to create, finalize, and distribute internal and external communications.

What You Can Expect In This Role (Job Responsibilities)

Your core responsibilities will be:

Develop and design multi-channel marketing content and ensure the messaging is effective and on strategy. The responsibilities break down into these specific areas:

Research, design, and at times help write complex or specialized sales collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience.Develop and maintain digital and print graphic design concepts (e.g., art, color themes, photographs, web pages) to support the organization's image, identity, and brands.Understand journey maps, positioning statements, and other key content creation methodologies that identify the voice of the customer.Create and oversee all graphic design assets needed during the commercialization process.Create social media graphics using digital best practices across platforms.Manage day-to-day website maintenance and review of site content.Pull and review web analytics reports and provide follow-up recommendations.Assist Brand Managers and external agencies with the overall support of our SEO strategy.Apply various marketing communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a response by the target audience.Continuous Improvement is one of our leadership values and as such there is a focus on optimizing learning and results in the following ways:

Assist in refining in-house marketing communications process and procedures.Help maintain marketing server file structure per documented procedures.Guide graphic designers or vendors on adherence to this methodology.Stay informed about marketing best practices, trends, and tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product and brand value props.Participate in ways to enhance processes, procedures, and automation.What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)

Required Experience

8+ years of in-depth experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and others.Solid understanding of video and print production processes.6+ years in a similar role, preferably in a B2B marketing environment.6+ years in advanced graphic design and content curation experience.6+ years of experience working on a marketing team.Strong people and teamwork skills.Excellent people skills working with MarCom team and other key stakeholders.Team player with a strong sense of collaboration.Demonstrated ability to work in a large, matrix organization.Ability to articulate ideas and concepts and provide recommendations.Strong written communication and presentation skills.Able to see a creative project from idea conceptualization through to final execution.Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and on cross-functional teams.Possesses production techniques and should be able to coordinate with vendors.Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

2+ years of CRM experience a plus, specifically in HubSpot, MS D365 or both.Preferred experience developing and setting up user journeys.Preferred experience with social media publishing platforms.Preferred experience with MarCom Tech stack dashboards.Advanced experience in video and print production processes.A combination of experience working in both corporate and agency-related work roles is preferred.Education & Certifications

A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or Business is required.Travel & Working Environment
