You will have a wide range of executive assistant responsibilities, including heavy calendar management, travel (including international travel), expense reports, and assisting with presentations. You will collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure the timeliness of meetings for senior executive leaders.Minimum Requirements:

You will have 5-10 years of experience working with senior executives as an Executive Assistant. You’ll be highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information. You will be forward-thinking and able to anticipate needs with the ability to know when to be discreet. You’ll have excellent communication skills and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Zoom. The actual rate will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
