We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a solid background in the cosmetics and skin care industry—specifically in skincare, hair care, and personal care. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, discover new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cosmetics and skin care industry, including potential clients and market segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives to drive client retention and satisfaction.

Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Cosmetic Solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business development initiatives and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
