Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with six dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.What You Will Do

As Marketing Director, you will lead initiatives and people across the marketing and promotional events space. Your team includes a marketing manager, several marketing specialists, and a videographer. As well, you'll work closely with cross-functional peers in sales, finance, IT, and operations.

Among the projects and initiatives ahead are:

• Alignment and standardization of Bretz's online and social marketing collateral and campaigns• Planning and executing successfully for Bretz's brand at a number of regional trade shows and events• Improving our conversion rates and audience engagement across social platforms• Expanding our presence and brand awareness in our seven markets through innovative, community-focused eventsWho You Are

Proven experience in marketing and project management, preferably in the automotive, RV, or boating industries.Demonstrated ability to strategize, implement, and maintain marketing and system integration initiatives that drive business growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of managing budgets and completing projects on time.The ability to embody our Ideal Team Player attributes: Humble, Hungry, and Smart.Creative and tenacious problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Advanced SEO/SEM tactics and strategies,Experience managing and improving a CRM, preferably in Salesforce.A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. However, significant relevant experience and a demonstrated track record of success may substitute for the degree requirement.Benefits
