The Senior QA reports to the QA Lead and works closely with the lead, QA Subject Matter Experts, other QA members, project managers, designers, and developers to ensure QA standards and client satisfaction are delivered throughout the account. A Senior QA brings analytical thinking and support to the team and QA lead on many tasks.

You Will:

Is responsible to perform any of the QA tasks with barely any guidancePlan, conduct and technically direct projects or major phases of significant projectsResponsible of analyze and understand requirements, and design specifications to ensure a quality processResponsible to attend, lead and/or organize meetings on behalf of teamResponsible to promote and evaluate QA values and principles not only for the QA team but for everyone in the company and our clients.Support QA lead to work and motivate other team members in a team-oriented and collaborative environment with both technical and non-technical team membersResponsible to communicate test results, issues, and risks to project team members, project managers, and QA management through the different channelsResponsible to promote effective communication, a sense of participation and involvement amongst QA members.Responsible of test data identificationCreating and maintaining comprehensive test plansWriting and maintaining test cases/scripts following high quality standardsCreate traceability matrix documents based upon project requirementsCreate checklist documentation based upon project requirementsPerforming functional and non-funtional testingEffectively communicating statusesDevelop test design documents to cover requirementsPlan and schedule test activities to ensure qualityApply industry standard testing methodology, strategies and industry best practicesCreate defect tickets and track issues to resolution and risk analysis of said issuesReport creation and related metrics at different levelsOverseeing, delegating and coordinating work to other QA Associates and apprentices, as needed.Development of junior staff membersCreating and executing regression tests based on design specifications and requirementsConducting research into new technologies, including tools, components, and frameworks related to QASupport QA Lead in QA estimationsResponsible for identifying with the QA lead areas where automation tools can be applied for the benefit of the projectIdentify and raise risksSupport the QA lead on onboarding, coaching and mentoring activities.You Have:

5+ years of experience in Software Quality AssuranceWorking experience with:

Testing Components and web pages in AEMTesting in Rackspace AWS import and export files.Testing Site maintenanceTesting Model year UpdatesTesting Site redesignsTesting Offers updatesTesting Cross-browser on mobile phones and tabletsExecuted sanity checks and Smoke Tests, coordinated with a web developer to apply QA changes, monitoring and validation of reported bugs.Experience in designing and executing Test plans, Test Cases and Guides for Software use automation

English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.Knowledge of Agile Methodologies for software developmentExperience working with local and offshore teamsExperience in task management and defect tracking tools like Jira and similar.ISTQB Certification is a plusOther QA related certifications are a plusMastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe illustrador are a plus.Desirable knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.What We Offer:
