Pricing Coordinator

is responsible for maintaining and organizing incoming communications for the Pricing Team.

Hybrid Schedule requiring 2-3 days in office per week. Weekdays: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Position responsibilities:

First person triage of the Pricing Teams e-mail inbox.Assists with ensuring Supplier price change submissions include the Johnstone Supply pricing template, an industry announcement of the price change and an appropriate effective date.Collects and logs complete submission of Distributor price discrepancies.Retrieves and maintains Supplier and Distributor historical data.Updates and Maintains Supplier contact lists.Creates and maintains monthly sales reporting and back up data sources.Support Pricing Team and/or Product Management Team with special reports/projects.Position requirements:

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other software and systemsAbility to pay attention to details, especially with numerical data (number recognition) and proofreading.Ability to recognize inconsistencies/errors in both text and numerical dataAbility to work under multiple deadlines at one time.Skill in communicating with others to obtain information or assistance from them in a timely manner.Ability to interface with both internal and external stake holders in communicating information.Ability to communicate across different individuals, departments, and external parties.Johnstone Supply is strongly interested in hiring a great candidate that exhibits work behaviors & values that are conducive to building and maintaining a strong and effective company culture.
