Summary:

An aviation MRO company is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive new commercial and military PT6A/PT6T engine sales across multiple regions (North America, South America/Latin America, Middle East). This position is responsible for developing and managing domestic and foreign customers across military and commercial programs.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and secure new business for PT6A/PT6T engines in the military and commercial sectors* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in assigned regions to drive MRO opportunities* Collaborate with management to design and execute sales strategies, close deals, and achieve sales targets* Manage multiple sales campaigns at various stages, ensuring timely completion of tasks and proposals* Work closely with account managers to meet cost estimates, margin goals, and customer requirements* Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events to expand business opportunities

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of business development experience in the PT6 gas turbine market (commercial/military, fixed-wing/helicopter)* Proven success in securing new business with PT6 engine customers* Strong sales proposal writing, market research, and prospecting skills; experience with CRMs and sales tools* Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and multitasking abilities* Bachelor's Degree preferred* Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally (50%)
